Current BSAA agent. Former Air Force and Special Operations for the RPD (STARS).
After the Spencer Mansion and the Raccoon City incident, he's been dedicating his life to fighting bio-terrorism, mainly from the likes of Umbrella Corporation. He's lost many allies over the years that has hardened him, but he strives to help make the world a better place.
